On July 2, I ordered a long sleeve shirt and a hoodie from the post on the front page. I still have not received them. I sent emails to the email listed as the seller,[email protected]. I have not heard back. Is this a NCKA sale, or from an outside party? If it was just an oversight I don't want to open a complaint with paypal. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

IMHO,

I'm sure that a complaint thru paypal isn't needed.

Someone "in the know" ought to see this post and get back to you.

Polepole is the main guy (owner of NCKA) and I'm sure he will get this taken care of as soon as he can. Unfortunately he has been out and about recently. I believe he will be at PIF in Monterey tomorrow. If I see him, I'll give him a reminder.

Shipping was never a part of clothing orders.  The intent was/is to deliver to events.  This may not have been clear, and if so, I apologize.  Let me know if you'd like a refund.

While we're here, even delivery to events is turning into a PITA.  I just can't track everyone down at them, and on the reverse side, I sit there are talk to people that have ordered stuff and we never seal the deal.  Everyone just seems to have relaxing and socializing on their mind instead of finishing it off. I think what we're going to do going forward is set up a table with schwag at events and let people buy on the honor system.

I am not able to make it to PIF, nor is ravensblack (who coordinated the whole schwag order).

I have to agree with pole. Delivering clothing orders is a PITA at events.

You guys that do the schwag, I greatly appreciate all that you do to provide us with NCKA clothing.
Just sayin.

I ordered from Ravensblack to pick up at the kayak festival. No problems whatsoever.

Love the tshirt by the way. I've worn the shit out of it! Shoulda got a few. The fit of those tshirts is perfect. Even hides my love handles. Hahhaha

Thanks! I wasn't aware that the shirts weren't shipped.  I agree taking things to deliver at events would be a PITA. If Rider can pick up when he's down thee, or I can pay extra to get the shirts ship, I would be happy to. Sorry for the confusion on my part. When I was going through my paypal stuff, saw that I had gone thru, but no response, and it was listed as something other than NCKA, similar, but not the same. I was just wanting to make sure it wasn't a third party site that had nothing to do with NCKA. Thanks, and let me know what I need to do. I believe it was a hoodie and a long sleeve shirt. Thanks again-----Thor

No worries.  I think much of the confusion may have been my fault.  I didn't note that it is f2f delivery on the front page article that had the buy buttons.
