Hobie plug in cart

Hobie plug in cart. I have frame and both wheels. Both wheels hold air but the hub on one of the wheels is bad so it won't stay on frame.
I travel from Vacaville to SF daily so I can meet up anywhere in between the two in either 80 or 24/680. If you can use them or the parts they are yours.
