For sale: my Hobie Revolution kayak.

I hate to do it... but I need a chunk of cash. And I just haven't taken it out as much as I'd like to.

Bought in the Fall of 2008, it was a demo model from California Canoe and Kayak. Nice condition, just ordinary wear, no problems. Bright orange color so you don't get run down on the ocean.

Upgraded to Turbo fins. I never did drill any holes in the hull.

The drive is the mixed v1/v2 from 2008, with the redesigned drums.
Mirage drive seating is the old style drop-in kind, but seats firmly and reliably. I've paid close attention to it and it's always been solid.

Kayak hull carefully stored outside covered by a tarp. Other parts stored in the basement. Drive and kayak always cleaned well after trips. Taken out a couple times this last month on some easy pedals and everything is working well.

Comes with Hobie seat, paddle, mirage drive, and kayak hull.

I'm in Berkeley. Come by, or I might be able to deliver somewhere, for gas money.

I can list it on Craigslist, but I thought I'd give the NCKA first shot at it at a decent price. Maybe next year I can get myself another Revolution here. Or this one back, heh heh.
