He's under 16 so he doesn't need a license! So don't limit yourself to public piers/jetties...that opens your options up a lot!

I forgot to mention but my brother in-law is coming also. I think it's little silly to buy an out of state license for a few hrs of fishing. My nephews attention span might not last that long...
