Ok Mr. Kiel. I didnt buy the whole pork butt and have it sliced. Bought some pork chops and marinated them. Tried to duplicate the marinaded pork you did at Cambria Slam. WAS DA BOMB. Still fine tunning it, but getting there. Can ya smell the ginger. Booya. See ya on the water soon Mister.
