Has anyone paddled the zest tandem? She is a long one at 16ft, so I imagine she has some speed to her. 30" width. The little lady is accomdating to try kayak fishing so I am willing to compromise and get a tandem and be the motor.

How was the stability?

Stability: It took a little getting used to - I had a more difficulty trying to keep up paddling with my co-worker rather than worry about the stability. If you want to test paddle one, let me know.

Agreed.  They haul ass for a plastic SOT tandem.

My brother-in-law and I rented a Zest Two when we were in Kaui last year.  It's nice.  I'll try to post pics and a report of our adventure in NCKA's "Hawaiian" section.
