Van Damm This weekend

Will be camping at van damm s.p. fri thru sunday, fishing exploring the caves and diving for abs. Will be with a group of folks from burningman, great people, under the name  Doug Griffin. Stop on by the campsite if your in the hood or hook up on the water, channel 69.
 The abs are easy there, but ive heard there's better fishing not far from there, any suggestions? Thanx, Ben and Anita

Ben - it looks like the swells come up in the weekend. You would be safe and easy to fish in the cove than outside the cove. Fishing is supposed to be better outside the cove, although fishing is good in the cove. A couple  locals on this board can chime in.

I have to bail on this weekend, fighting a cold and have to finish the siding and ex trim on a house next week before the real rains so got to stay dry this weekend... bummer.
