Rare fish washed up at Glen cove marina

While plugging today i ran into this....Looks like a sunfish ..any ideas?? And how common is this in the bay?

Mola Mola or a trigger fish? Its difficult to tell the size in the photo there is nothing to referance its size to.

decayed mola, a small one, with its fins torn off by sea lions.
there a lot of these washing up in the Monterey area right now.
