My dad sent me home with about 20lbs of venison from a couple deer he shot.  They were both older deer and so the meat is somewhat gamey and my wife refuses to eat it (she won't eat liver either - it's a disgrace to filipinos...).  It doesn't bother me, but then I was raised on venison..   At any rate, I'd like to offer most of it to whoever wants some.  About half is ground and the other half is steaks, nicely bagged in ziplocks of ~1lb each.

Joel?  Chuck?  You know you want it...I can hear your stomachs rumbling!  ;)

I'd gladly take a couple packages off your hands...

I grew up on that stuff too back in WI... I hardly ever ate beef growing up because we always had a freezer full of venison.  Now I only get it when I go home, which is once a year if I'm lucky.

For some reason this forum didn't light up as having new posts, I'll deliver some on our next expedition.
