Welcome Lumberjack!
Stihl or Husky chainsaw? We had this debate a few years back.

I'm not critical on saw brands for the most part but no craftsmen or Poulan though I know Poulan is husky there just junk. Barely a homeowner saw in my opinion

Welcome lumberjack. I'm an old logger from the late 60's. I worked in the old growth redwoods for Simpson.

Good fishing to you, sir!

I thought I was the only one out there claiming to have and use a Homelite XL.  XL12 with a bowbar, one brush cutting saw, that is if you can stand the smoke from the 16:1.

So many people have talk shit to me over the noise and no safety chain break. There are people that don't understand that back in the day we just used common sense and did not need labels and disclaimers. Use red line synthetic 2 stroke oil has a tolerable odor and low smoke
