learning to play the ukulele

For those of you playing or learning to play to ukulele, what's the best way to learn?  Googling showed some learn at home programs but don't know which one to trust.

ukulele underground is a wealth of info, its like $15 a month or $120 a year, but worth it for all the lessons and classes that they have. everything from the basics to music therory to blues to hawiaiian etc, was where i started and still learn something there all the time, plus they have bonus lessons every month for members, cameron

I just purchased one, I will have to check that site out.

I would start off printing out the common chords and learn how to finger them. Then work on strumming (which I think is the hardest part for beginners).  Just concentrate on 3 chords and a basic strumming pattern, till you get comfortable.  Even better if you can sit down with someone who can give you pointers!

Ukes are cool and all... but I just heard about a Banjolele!!  Now that is awesome!!!
