I've lost my truck

please help me find it.  Came home last night around 10pm and went to bed around 11.  When I awoke this morning to go to work my truck was gone.  Maroon 04 tundra v6, why would they steal this truck, maybe they didn't realize it was a v6. 
Anyway, I'm hoping they were only joyriding and that they didn't beat it up too much but Oakland Police havn't seen or picked it up as of yet.  Probabley in boxes by now somewhere in east oakland.  

Worst of all, I just paid my oct payment and by default now wouldn't of had to with my insurance and gap ins. Ug!  Anyways, this is what it looks like minus the kayak and the guy holding the thresher shark.  John

Are there any identifying marks? License plate number? I'll definetly keep an eye out in SF.

Thanks Omar, yeah, the license plate is 7N69374 and the front left bumper is cracked and scraped.  Yakima kayak racks with the decals removed.  Other than that its an access cab with stock rims.  Pretty basic for a Tundra.  Cant believe they would steal it???

I keep my eyes peeled.

Sorry, I know that right now it's the last thing on your mind, but  if you need a ride to paddlefest, let me know, I'm just across the bay.

So sorry to hear. I don't understand why people can't keep their grubby mits off everyones stuff!! I will keep an eye out in the Livermore and San Jose area. I am bummed out for you. I hope your insurance will help with the blow. (By the way...nice Thresher)

thanks so much chuck, that means alot to me that you would offer that.  walking up to my driveway this morning and seeing my truck not there was really weird.  I was thinking, "wow, where did i park my truck last night?"  then I looked around as if I had misplaced it. 

Called oakland pd, got a number for a detective where I found out that there have been alot of newer toyota trucks being stolen lately....  oh well, things will work themselves out someway or another, its not the first time I've had to adjust to a new situation...

That sucks.

I can relate as it happened to me in college with a totally beat up toyota 4x4.

I got mine back.  I am sending vibe!

I cannot tell you how pissed I am to hear about your truck. I goes beyond sucking! Not that it will do any good, but it won't do any harm either, I have eyes peeled on the Hwy 50 corridore to Tahoe. Ya never know. Fingers are crossed you get it all back in one piece. Tote
