I have some greenhouses in Watsonville CA that will most likely be empty some time in the not too distant future.

Looking for a tenant for the greenhouses, have some real estate guys who specialize in that on the job.  Did consider a solar farm, or antenna base etc.  If anyone has a lead or tip or even just know a guy, let me know.

I'll tell my wife.  She has contacts all over the place in that area. Good luck.

I know a citrus grower who may be looking to lease. What kind of houses (glass? poly?). Square footage/acreage? Location?

PM  your phone #  I'll forward it to him.

Do you know the Sowersby family in Watsonville?  They are also flower growers.  They might know or need greenhouse space?

Just off the top of my head,  the veggie transplant growers might be needing space.  The companies include Grower's Transplants,  Rocket Farms, Headstart, and King City Nursery.  There are a lot of tomato transplants that are going to start showing up locally.  The world's largest processing tomato grower,  Morningstar Farms,  is growing and had transplants in Salinas for the first time this year and will be back with a lot more next year.

Chuck Allen is my real estate guy and he has probably worked with all those guys at some point.  Thanks for the heads up.

Chuck Allen is a good guy.  Another one I know courtesy of the fair.  I am not sure what the Sowersby company name is.  I'll check around & see.  They did roses too from what I remember.

I know the head grower at Color Spot in Salinas too.  I have not yet talked to my wife but will tonight.

You'll only get a cell tower if there are a lot of subscribers for a certain Carrier and are close to major highways. Notice most towers are near major state highways. Solar farm is looking better.
