the new guy

HI roperob1 here, the new guy.....I fish bass, steelhead, trout, rockfish...in Cali and Oregon ...sold mt cuda 12' and bought a BIG RIG recently....still setting it up but brother what ah yak.....interested in the up coming Clearlake tourney but can't find the rules anywhere.....help
