Closest shop to San Jose for kayak rigging?

I just picked up a rudder for my Ocean Kayak Ultra 4.3.  What's the closest kayak shop that can do the install for a decent price?  Anyone know the going rate for a rudder install?

You can try doing it yourself. It is actually pretty easy.
