5/10 and 5/11 Clear Lake

I would like to report that I caught tons of fish, but I would be lying.  Weather was a bit windy on Clear Lake on Saturday.  Spotted a few fish but did not have any takers.  On Sunday, the wind was not much of a factor.  My fishing skills were not any better, as I cruised the flats trying to site fish for carp.  The water was not very clear due to the wind from the prior day.  So, in other words, I got skunked two days in a row -- fly fishing for bass and carp builds character.  I'll punish myself again next weekend.  Check out all the fish I didn't catch!

I need a fish catcher and not a fish finder!

I was there and fished Fri-Sat. Too much wind, there was a tournament and those guys were on the docks. i got a 3 lb or so to the boat and broke at the hook on Fri. On Sat I caught a bed fish with a Senko, 11". My broinlaw got skunked. It sucked.
