Hi from *Northern* California (Crescent City)

Hi,
Some friends took me salmon fishing after I moved to Crescent City a few years ago. I got bit hard by the fishing bug! My current obsessions are lingcod when the local waters are calm and sharks/rays when I can get to down to Humboldt. I did a lot of paddling in my past, but this is the first time I have combined the activities. It seems that both are more fun when they are combined.

Welcome.  I'd love to get out of Crescent City or Wilson Creek after salmon or bottom fish, and I'm also interested in launching closer to Pt. St. George and hitting the reef.  Looking forward to your reports.
