north coast chiropractor help

So it appears my upper back has a pinched nerve, just in time for gs8. Anyone on the north coast know a good chiropractor I can get an appt with early in the week?  I am afraid I may not be able to fish Saturday if I don't get in to see someone. HELP.

I don't know of any chiros up here and haven't used one since I started SMR. Have you tried any SMR aka foam rolling/myofascial release?  If you are in the neighborhood I can give some instruction. If it's just muscle adhesions causing the nerve sensation we can take care of that in a few minutes.

Monday morning between 8:30-10:30 at my office in Eureka is open if you can make it. I have kids martial arts on Monday afternoon but I can work around it for you. Let me know.

Tried the ball thing.  Now neck hurts in a different spot.  Gotta get this fixed or I will be out of luck in Shelter Cove.  Taking painkillers and ibuprofin and using ice now.  Hopefully I can calm this pain down.  If not, chiro tomorrow.

I asked around today and dr fogg's name came up several times as recommended.

thanks Tim.  Crash helped me a bit with a little rubber ball that you pressure on the spot that is locked up.  Seems to be a bit better.  Hoping ok by Saturday!
