The pictures show that's a Johnson SMG.  If it's real that thing is a collector's item.  I remember reading that a similar gun sold on Ebay for a lot more than his asking.

That's what I thought...there's one featured as part of the gear Quint and Hooper are loading up on the boat in "Jaws"...so that would put this thing being manufactured in about 1974 or so.
