thanks to Dune12 for hooking me up with Phil at Sunrise Mountain Sports. Just about got the final rigging done for the RF opener. curious as to how many votes for leashes or floats for the rods?

Float. Medium size pool noodles. I don't trust the pipe insulation foam for heavier saltwater gear.

When trolling, I prefer leash.  One time I hooked up on a salmon, I grabbed the rod with wet hands and it slipped right out of my hands.   :smt044

If it wasn't for that leash, that setup would have been at the bottom of the ocean and it wasn't a cheap setup.
