I googled the companies name and found sales in english. It's alson on ebay. From what I gathered it means really expensive knives.

The one on the right is not a name. Word for word, it says "heavenly taste longevity happiness", but it probably means the shit it cuts taste hella good. I don't think it's the name of the manufacturer, but a phrase they put on their knives.

Are you getting into Japanese knives now Mike? I find Yoshihiro knives are comparable in quality and more reasonable in price.

we were curious as to what the writing translated to.

Funny Yuri in localization says the one on the right isn't written like it was meant to be read aloud, but just some sort of idiom that she doesn't know.

I actually learned a lot from this thread. One was that I need to start saving money for a great set of knives!

Funny that i got the same response.  Yuri suggested it must be some idiom that is related to cooking.  about what you'd expect from someone in the software localization biz i suppose.
