$19.99 is retail.  Other than the 'free shipping' not really a "deal" imho.

I've seen a few of these around various retailers like West Marine & Best Buy over the past couple months.  I have one (new) I'll sell if someone wants one.  Doubt I will ever install it on my GoPro 3.

You can get these cheap from eBay as well. Or just do a DIY using Velcro and foam mats or beach sandals. You can also find foam materials like these at the Dollar Store.

If you want a good deal, find a North Face Outlet near you and call if they carry GoPro stuff. I just got a GoPro LCD for 30% off at the Berkeley store this weekend. It's the silver, non-touch screen model but it still works on my GoPro 3 Black. All GoPro stuff was at 30% off when I was there.
