This subject is all about $$$$$$$ don't think otherwise! The rich folks @ the beach and tennis club don't want to share with anybody except their friends, other rich people. And they don't mind calling the cops to back them up to intimidate us and try to make the point that they are in control of everything. They will make us park as far away as they can and make it more difficult to use PUBLIC ACCESS but we still have coastal access except on certain days,AT&T,Concours ,etc.
Bottom line... Be nice, smile, and play by the rules.
You may not have the $$$ but you have the right to coastal access! PERIOD!!!

Maybe someone should call the CHP and report drunk drivers leaving the beach club after lunch?

Wait, so where is the "correct" place to park then?

Wait, so where is the "correct" place to park then?

Unload and load at pier.

Park along hedgerows, or if full or closed off or at tennis courts or spa.

There is a path from back of tennis courts that cuts down on your walk considerably.

Sincerely,

Jim

I believe the access to beach cannot be denied but parking maybe another issue altogether...
I am friends with the attorney representing the public for access to Martins beach. He's an excellent resource for questions in this arena. His name is Mark Massara and he probably would be amiable to answering a few general questions regarding this...
