Hensley lake 3-16-14

Sorry I didn't let any local guys know I was going it was a last minute trip. But I did good! Fished for crappie landing a total of 8 fish 5 crappie and 3 bass. All on a black and chartreuse crappie jig. 1st crappie was at about 1 pm I was reeling it in about to move the jig was probably in 6 inches of water and that dude came up and hammered it. The other 4 crappie I caught between 6 and 7 pm in 3 - 4 foot of water all near rocks. I wear 10 1/2 - 11 shoes so these are pretty good crappie
