This saw is in the "homeowner" category of husky saws. Can run up to a 24" bar, but I have only used a 16 and an 18" bar on it. It runs a .325 chain.
I bought this saw new from the Ace in ben Lomond and had them tune it each season. I put a decent amount of hours on this saw, but it still has lots of life left in it.
I recently acquired a 460 Rancher, so have no need for the 440 now.
I can include an extra used bar, a couple of chains, and a nice Pferd .325 sharpener that sharpens the tooth and files the depth gauge links at the same time.

Looking for $200 for the package.

SAW HAS SOLD. THANK YOU NCKA!

That's a screaming deal.
I already have a Husky and it is strong as an ox and fires up every time.

I bought this saw on Tote's recommendation of the brand, and was not disappointed.
I got a screamin deal on the larger 460 saw, so I can pass my good fortune along. I was bummed when I finally had to admit I needed more saw than the 440e. it has a small tank and is super lightweight for its power.
Just figure on a target of 10-12" oak, and 16-20" softwoods as a nice comfort zone. I'm cutting logs like in this pic, so needed an upgrade (although I did manage a number of those logs with the 440, you can see it in the lower right corner). I am almost rid of the stump! It was a rotted, bifurcated tan oak that had already split inside the trunk. We had it felled just in time.

That is a HUGE stump. I can see why you needed to upgrade.
