Idle hands

With the recent rains and the slow season for my work, I had a little fun giving my crate a facelift.

It's first incarnation was thrown together right after I got my boat. Using scraps I had laying around.

Ugly, but serviceable. 

Now it's born again.

Made them using 11/2 PVC. Just heat up the ends and mold it on a beer bottle.

No. No cut outs.

Looks like you used smaller tubes. I think I would have kept one bigger one if that was the case.

you can see the zip ties in the pic.  I do mine the same way but they break occasionally.

Yup, zip tied.  Those black ones have some uv resistance, but they'll still wear out over time.

You know, I thought about leaving one of the bigger ones in, but it ruined the symmetry. My OCD was having none of that.
