Howdy folks! I've been wanting to fish for big dinos via kayak and I hear this is were the big ones are, especially after big rains. I've fished here twice with no luck (only a fw striper) want to try again though, might go this Saturday (2/1/14) plan to launch early sunrise at Beldons landing

How did it go? Did you catch or see any sturgeon out there?

We went out on my non-yak boat out of McAvoy's last Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm.

Caught 14 non-keeper sturgeons, bunch of striper shakers, one flounder and one 22" striper.

Still a good day when you're out fishing.....beautiful day.
