A big THANK YOU to Dan (paddleboy84) at headwaters for hooking me up with this 2010 hobie outback. It was nice meeting you man! appreciate understanding my situation and trusting me with that check. great shop with good customer service to match. Id make this place my go to kayak stop for accessories if it wasn't so far from me. Got to test it out at the port and made the mistake of not locking in the rudder string and went around in circles a few times cussing at it and asking wth is wrong with this haha. Mirage drive was squeaking under a load but hopefully some lube will help that. Other then that everything looks good. Now the fun part with adding all the mods!

If that Mirage drive does not have a leash on it already now is a good time to add one, last time I looked a new drive is 500 or more.  Welcome to the dark side!
