I usually take several bottles of water with me on the yak, but I'm thinking that it would make more sense to store drinking water inside the kayak (less trash, eliminate clutter, etc.). The large (3 liter) CamelBak with "tube extender" routed thru the hull looks like just the ticket. I've seen some discussion of this on other forums, but nothing involving fishing. So, I was wondering if anybody uses this approach, or if it might be a bad idea for some reason.
I don't like stuff that sucks.

If I drank one liter, let alone 3 liters, I'd need install a through-wetsuit tube!

I saw one rigged up on the Hobie forums awhile ago. It looked cool. I'm using just the blatter in the pocket behind the seat on my Jackson.

I have 2 liter pack behind my seat. Works great, and definitely better then lugging a bunch of water bottles around. I add freeze backs to the bladder pouch to keep the water cool.
