Tide pooling Marin coast?

Headed out this afternoon with the fam. Wanna harvest something... Mussles, barnacles, pocket fish, poke pole, etc.. Any ideas about what and where?

There is a big -1.2 tide at 5:06 pm
You can go gaper clamming at lawson or pick mussels on Dillon beach.millions of them on the right side of the beach. Owl Limpets are there too. All this in the same area. Have fun
