Yup, I had to jump off the kayak and swim around to get the freakin rudder unstuck. Lucas helped me self rescue (it was far from graceful...) this time my buddy decides he doesn't want to impose on the guys in the boat, he has them drag him, in the water, to the shore,,, and,, predictably, his chest-waders fill up like he was a drift anchor... His ankles looked like neoprene water balloons as he walked up the shore to the ramp...

Thanks TheDudeAbides, I had a blast on the river and in it. I look forward to the maiden voyage tomorrow of my Wilderness Kayak.
