Picked up about 30 dabs and a couple mackeral at martins beach for bait then ran to San Gregorio for 2 limits of lings, biggest one hitchhiked a 22" ling and went 26 lbs. Released 4 underlings.  We kept 8 other fish, pair of vermillions that went 9-10 lbs and smallest RF went 4 lbs.  Very good quality and a steady pick.  Many eager blues in the area, threw deep diving crankbait for a while picking them off in about 10-15 feet of water, safely released.

There was radio talk just after lunch about a GWS cruising the surface in 150' feet of water off Martins, I missed the earlier talk but it sounded like it was spotted earlier down near pescadero.

My dad talked to two guys down by HMB Kayak who were paddling to the islands.......he said they were aware of NCKA......so who was it?  Thats a hell of a paddle.

They estimated the shark at 16 feet.  On my way home I seen a seal doing backflips in the same area it was spotted earlier and was hoping it was being chased by a shark but it was just playin around.    :smt011

And yes, the farallons.......
