Anthill Art - find a Fire Ant Nest, Take some Molten Aluminum . . .

Here in my neighborhood we have a lot of fire ant hills that need this casting method done to them. Funny thing is, they all moved their dens above ground prior to this freeze we got in Texas. There is one about three feet tall in the park.

When I first got back here I totally forgot about the fire ants and accidentally disturbed a few hundred of them next to a fence. I got bit 11 times on my feet and it hurt. Needless to say I got my revenge with Raid. I would have rather done the cast method to hear those little buggers scream!
