Probably Large, but its always a good idea to test fit one. I'm 6'2" 210 and go ether way, but I like the extra room of the XL

I'm 5'11' 185 and I love my XL tempest. The XL gives me the room I need when putting it on and taking it off so I don't jack up my shoulder more than it already is.

I'm about 6'1 or 6'2 & a tad over 200#.  Went with the XL & happy with it.  Looked HUGE at first.  Plenty of room to layer underneath without feeling constrained by the suit while paddling or peddling.
