OH PLEASE!!!
Someone explain to me what weather has to do with the oxygen absorption in water? Might it be a possible that all the crap that goes into the air, water and oh I don't know Japan's nuclear accident might be the cause?
Besides last year's event of flat seas and little wind combined with the red tide, we have experienced lots of churned up seas to oxygenate the Marine life.
Anyone else have an opinion?

Just heard about this on NPR. They were call in a dead zone in the report. Don't know exactly what's causing it, but if you're asking for my opinion, I think hypoxia should be a Vegas strippers name.
