Hi

I'm new to kayaking, I'm looking to buy a Hobie Outback. I live in Sebastopol  so I'm close to a lot of different waters. Is the Outback good for all around. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm 6' 4'' 230 pounds and I need something that would fit my size.

Welcome!

Should be good for most all bodies of water with the Outback.  It's one of the most popular with the Hobie crew on here.

It has allot to do with your inseam. Mine is 36" I am about 6'5" now (64 years old) I don't fit in Hobie, I am currently most comfortable in a WS tarpon 140 but REALLY try a bunch! You don't want to be in a boat for hours and then find out
