Can't make Ruben's tourney, so I'm gonna hit Doran early morning for some crabs. Forecast is lookin' slick. I gotta be off the water by 11:00, so I'm gonna try to hit the beach at 5:00AM, or so. Channel 69.

You're welcome to raid my three pots out there, bro. When I last visited them on Tuesday there were more than two limits in the three pots.

Hell Yeah!

PM me the details, if you don't mind. I have GPS and will re-bait your pots, remove any shorties, and place 'em back in the same spot.

I am tempted to drop some pots there and then head to TC for the event, and come back through after.

I may head out that just trying to figure out where to go this weekend now. Is there any decent rock fishing there?

Not really. You'd be better off heading up the coast...and if you did that you might as well hit TC for the tourney!

I'm hoping to get one of the spots just outside of the day use area. We can wheel in from there.

If nothing else, we can just be dicks and park in the campground extra parking area.  :smt044

I'll tell them I have reservations. Which is true, just not until 2014.
Or just be a dick, no problem there.

Just park in the overflow day use parking area(gravel area outside day use gate). Then wheel your boat in under the gate.

On opening day the gate was open when I got there at 5:30 in the morning. Maybe they're not closing the gate at night anymore?
