Hey now, I'll be heading up Shasta way during Thanksgiving for our annual feast and tree cutting festivities, always lots of fun.
This year I get to bring my yak, can't freakin wait.
Anyways, I'm planning on fishing siskiyou for sure and wanting to launch out of Shasta as well.

Wondering if any of you fine gentlemen might have any tips on the fishing there, this time of year.

Also wondering if you can launch anywhere on the lake, or is it boat ramps only?

Thanks for any and all advice.

One of the guys here is a local to Shasta, I remember reading one of his earlier-in-the-season reports? Try doing a site-search with Shasta as keyword, you should be able to find something?
Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.

Lots of options.  Shasta fishes great late November, toplining anything for rainbows and crawling plastics for spots.  You can launch anywhere right now practically, the lake is super low.  Jones Valley on the Pit Arm is a constant producer and always my top choice in the fall.  Siskiyou also fishes awesome in the fall, but dress for it, temps will probably be in the 20's.  Shoot me a message if you have a date in mind and want some company or need any specific info.
