Shag Slough/Liberty Island 11-9-13

I want to try the south end of Liberty Island on an outgoing tide. Company is welcome.  It is about a 5 mile paddle one way. High tide is 9:15 in Rio Vista making it around 10:00 at Liberty Island. Sunrise is 6:42 so I plan to launch at 6:30. That will allow me time to throw a lure into any promising looking areas for Stripers and troll on the way out. Be in position by 10:00 and fish the best part of the outgoing tide. It should be good for Stripers or sturgeon.
