Folsom lake 20" rainbow, stuffed with pork sausage tomatoes yellow squash and white onions. Seasoned with sage salt pepper and garlic powder. Baked at 425 degrees for 35 minutes wrapped in foil. My sausage tastes like trout and my trout tastes like sausage. Delicious...

Looks super good.  Was it a normal RBT or was it one of the "trophy" Eagle Lake Trout they're starting to plant in there?  I'm sure after this week the fishing will pick up due to the Eagle Lake Stocking program.  Might be a fun time to get out and get some bigger trout.
The wind is strong, the sun is warm
Their Dragons fly across the waves
No greenfaces are seen here onboard
Only a crowd of braves

Pretty sure it was a normal rbt. Only caught an eagle lake rainbow once at lake Davis. Be back at Folsom tomorrow for round 2.
