We have a 2007 +/- Adventure Island that we are selling for a long time customer of ours.  It is Hibiscus (red) and has the tramps with it.  It is used, but is in good condition for a used kayak.  He is asking $2,800.00 for the Island with all the gear. (he said price is firm)

He also has a trailex trailer (it is the double double with a tower) that he is asking $1,450.00.  I dont have picture of the trailer, but here are the pics for the Island.  If anyone is interested send a pm or give us a call at the Sac store.  Thanks.

Don't forget to add the Hobie AI cradles (2 sets I assume if he has a double trailer).  Each set of cradles is $227 @ ACK.

Again, I am assuming the trailer has the cradles.  Never the less, even with 2 set's of cradles that's only about 12% off new.

I have the single version with the cradles & LOVE IT!!!!  Sometimes I wish I had the double so I could carry a second yak BUT the single is great.  I still have racks on top of the car for a second yak.

Yeah I want a trailer. So nice to be able to do all the set up at home....back in, pop in the sail and off you go. If you wanna sell the single for the double.... :smt006

The guy I bought the single from was upgrading to the double.  Maybe this is his double & AI too?  He was from that general area.  :smt102

At first, I wanted to mount a rack above the AI so I could put my "turtle shell" up there to store all the access; paddle, mirage, spare parts, equipment, etc...  Once I used the trailer a few times, I found that I like being able to pre-rig the sail while on the trailer & then launch (which could not be done with a "turtle shell" above the trailer.  Still playing with the idea of mounting a small one above the bow of the yak.  The trailer manufacturer says "it won't work" but they haven't met the innovative bunch that is NCKA.

In my lifetime, I've done so much, with so little. I can now do anything with nothing.

This is the trailer that the customer has, (minus the Thule box, and the two Islands of course).  It also has the cradles as well for the Island.

The owner of the Adventure Island is going to drop the price of the Island down to $2,600.00.  If any one would like to come look at it give us a call at the Sac shop
