free salmon row

So, my fish yesterday produced a half-gallon bag of roe.  I don't see myself curing and using this roe.  I put it in the fridge yesterday.  However, a quick internet search says that you should bleed the salmon immediately.  I didn't so I don't know if they are spoiled.

Anyways, I live in Antelope and work in Roseville (near the auction)...pick up available at either spot.
