Nice Haul!!!

  I'm still working on my catch with PolePole...

  Into the smoker today....

 interesting recipe I found, I'll let ya all know if it came out....

salt/brown sugar brine... quick rinse, apple juice soak, dry, and today to the smoker....   :cowboy_smoke:
