Does anyone know where I may be able to launch my kayak on Sonoma Creek? Maybe around HWY 121, Sonoma, or any private property where I may access the creek?

You could launch here and paddle down to Sonoma Creek http://parks.sonomacounty.ca.gov/Get_Outdoors/Parks/Hudeman_Slough_Boat_Launch.aspx
