A slight variation on :http://headwatersfishing.blogspot.com/2013/02/home-made-jackson-cuda-scupper.html

My transducer was different so I had to go with 3/4 pvc.

Scupper mount:
Materials:
3/4 PVC
3/4 female threaded coupler
Antenna mount (with 3/4 pvc threaded male)
Pool noodle
pvc cement
Thru bulkhead wire cap
marine goop

Battery Box:
small plano marine box (11.625" x 5.125")
Old foam block from my pre-kayak rack days
inline fuse (3amp)
heat shrink
Thru bulkhead wire cap
marine goop
