Loan Modification Recommendation

I have a client who is in need of Loan Modification services.  With all the negative publicity out there, any good ones you can recommend?

I was satisfied with Quicken.  It was easy and they covered closing.  All online too

 Careful Bro. You do not want to recommend anyone. Even if it is a rep business and the deal goes south, for god knows whatever reason, you're tied to it. A lot depends on whether it is a distressed property or not. If any of my Short Sale clients get a Loan Mod I usually don't get a chance to meet them or I lose the SS. One time in 4 yrs a SS client received a Loan Mod after they had moved out, signed a one year lease, and I had marketed it for 6 months. They got let out of the lease, moved back in w/ a $800 lower payment. I lost the listing and got stuck with a $400 water bill for keeping the lawns green. Haha.

Should have clarified.  They need a loan mod with their lender - Citibank.

thanks for the advice.  They still want me to give them some options.  I am not "recommending", just giving them some names if anyone has had a positive experience.  thx.
