Sounds good. I'll be heading down that way if I don't find any bait or fish in the deeper water to the west.

Lots of luck for you guys who can hit HMB, or any other place.  I will be out in sunny Camp Roberts sweating my nads off in the dirt dreaming of being out there with you guys!

Good luck guys. It was dead today except for zillions of jellies. Luckily the blues obliged for a few meals. Beautiful FAC day OTW although the fan turned on at noon and a commie tried to T bone me at the red can in heavy fog.  :smt013 It wasn't sharky.  :smt005 check your bait often.

Lucky dogs to be on the water. I am sitting on a balcony overlooking the jetty at HMB watching thousands of craized birds enjoying a feeding frenzy.

Threadjack update..the wife is in meetings so I went down to the jetty and caught anchovies with my bare hands as the birds and seals pushed the bait up into the rocks...Too much fun. An angler caught a gull and I managed to free it after sustaining several good pecks on the fore arms. Another tourist caught some pics of my deed and sent them to me...can't post with my Ipud. I can find entertainment anywhere..hehe.

Yea, tons of birds outside the harbor. Someone mentioned they were sardines? I was going to jig some up for future bait on my way back, but I was soo tired and hungry. Hope the striped bass come soon also. It's been shitty year after year.
