Hi everyone,
                     Im from Roseville and i work in the bay, Now when i say new guy i mean new to everything . i just purchased my kayak about a month ago and i only been on it once at folsom lake(2nd time ever on a kayak) im loking forward to talking or even meeting some of you, so i can  learn more about kayak fishing and where to do some good fishing. :smt003

Welcome to the site. I'm in Sacramento. Salmon are finally showing up on the American River & using a kayak to fish for them is  rush.

I ran into someone at the Roseville REI and referred them to this website about a week or 2 ago.

Also the Barge Canal is a good spot to use your kayak for fishing easy access.

Thanks for the info wlshafor, I dont think ive been to rei in the last couple of weeks , but hit me up when ever u go out . I would love to salmon fish on a yak! and where is barge canal at?
