What do you back your braid with to keep it from spinning on the spool?

I'm gonna be spooling my new revo toro this afternoon and was wondering what you guys back with. Mono?electrical tape? What do you use?

About 30' of mono.

If you have it around, medical tape, like from a first aid kit.

Electrical tape works fine.  That's what I use, and even Power Pro recommends it (or arbor tape, which they ship a small piece of with spools these days).

Hey thanks Allen I would have never found it. On the back of the spool on there ez spool boxes. I wonder how many people actually find it. With the ez spool you never open the bottom of the box or remove the spool.
