New from Sonoma County

Hi everyone,

Just bought a new (to me) Tarpon160 and the guy selling it mentioned this site.  So far my kids are having fun playing in it but looking forward to going out this weekend. My experience is mostly lake fishing but the more I look at this thing, I want to go out a drop a few crab pots at minimum.

I'm in Graton so we should go out some time. You will have to wait till november to drop those traps but rock fishing can be a easier on the calm days.

Hi Goatrocker...    Am relatively new here to NCKA and  to Kayak Angling.  Lots of good info to be found here.  Safety section is a great place to ck out especially for us newbees.  Also, you & I are neighbors, so-to-speak as am from Sebastopol.   Looking forward to meeting up with you at Bodega or points north.  All the best, Tom
